1-Year Warranty on Our Work

We offer a 1-year warranty on all labour performed by EVCO Plumbing & Gas Corp. , effective from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions. If an issue arises due to our installation or repair within this period, we will address it at no additional labor cost to you, provided the system or components have not been misused, altered, or damaged by external factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs). Parts or materials supplied by us are covered under this warranty only if they are not subject to a separate manufacturer’s warranty (see below).

Manufacturer Warranties

Some products and equipment we install come with warranties provided by their manufacturers. These warranties vary in duration and coverage and are separate from our 1-year labor warranty. EVCO Plumbing & Gas Corp. does not administer or extend assistance with manufacturer warranties unless you are enrolled as a VIP client. Details about VIP client benefits, including support for manufacturer warranty claims, can be found on our VIP Client page. For non-VIP clients, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly for warranty-related inquiries or claims.

24-Hour Warranty on Drain Cleaning

We provide a 24-hour warranty on our drain cleaning services, effective from the time of service completion. This limited duration reflects our belief that frequent drain cleaning indicates an underlying issue requiring a permanent solution rather than repeated temporary fixes. If a drain we’ve cleaned clogs again within 24 hours under normal use, we will return to address it at no additional labor charge. However, if recurring blockages persist beyond this period, we strongly recommend a thorough inspection and repair to resolve the root cause—services we’re happy to provide with our standard 1-year workmanship warranty applied to any corrective work.

Exclusions and Conditions

Our warranties do not cover issues resulting from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or modifications made by anyone other than EVCO Plumbing & Gas Corp. technicians. Normal wear and tear, pre-existing conditions not addressed during our service, and damages caused by external factors (e.g., flooding, freezing, or abuse) are also excluded. To maintain warranty validity, all systems must be used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and our service recommendations.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue covered under our warranty, please contact us promptly at evcomechyeg@gmail.com with your service details (e.g., invoice number or date of service). We’ll schedule a technician to assess the situation and resolve it in accordance with this policy. For manufacturer warranty claims (non-VIP clients), please refer to the product documentation or contact the manufacturer directly.

This warranty is in effect April 15 2025 and will remain until changes are needed. We reserve the right to change these warranties at any time.
